Fascia Stretch Therapy is a pain-free, manual stretching technique developed by Ann Frederick. I'm a certified Level 3 specialist and have been providing FST (Fascia Stretch Therapy) since 2012. FST includes a series of lower and upper body stretches, all while you relax on a massage table. FST improves flexibility on the first session and becomes cumulative with multiple sessions.
